When making a reservation over the phone, please reference the Group Name: Hall-Solomon Family Reunion or the Group Code: HSF to receive the contracted rate. Reservations must be made by June 23rd, 2015.
Suites include pull out sofa bed and a Full Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Rates begin at $139 per night.
Hotel Parking is $33 per night. There are lots near the hotel with cheaper pricing but there is limited availability with the spaces. We will list these options when we send the completed itinerary.
T-Shirt Information
This year, the T-Shirt process is in YOUR hands! The Denver Comittee has teamed with Booster.com to design and distribute the T-Shirts. You can now order shirts from size Youth XS (YXS) to 4XL. All shirts are priced at $15. Because we are utilizing Booster, the T-Shirts will only be available to order from February 16th to March 20th. This is to ensure that your T-Shirt will be delivered before you make your way to Denver.
